About me:
I am a registered MBACP counsellor who works primarily from a person-centred approach, while integrating other therapeutic methods when appropriate and helpful. The person-centred philosophy is grounded in the belief that every individual has inherent worth and the potential for psychological growth, change, and greater fulfilment. Whether you feel more comfortable expressing yourself in Urdu, Punjabi, or Hindi, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can speak freely and feel truly understood — without language being a barrier to healing.
