I am a qualified and experienced counsellor dedicated to create a calming, non-judgemental space to explore all your thoughts and emotions without you feeling like a burden. Starting therapy can be a daunting and overwhelming experience so I'm here to support you through your needs at your own pace.
I have an extensive background in Psychology and a postgraduate qualification in counselling and psychotherapy where I have worked with both adults and young people. I specialise in domestic abuse-trauma informed counselling, supporting men, women and young people from a range of backgrounds who have suffered from abuse in the home.
