Individual Counselling Sessions

Our individual counselling sessions offer a confidential and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and work towards personal growth and healing.

Couples Counselling

Our qualified couples counsellors can provide support in a confidential and safe place where as a couple you will feel safe, heard and supported through counselling.

The Counsellor will be an impartial and aiming to help you resolve any issues and create goals together that will help you within your relationship.

Guidance on how to approach conflict in the relationship, support to listen to each side and creating a non-judgemental place is important for us.

Cost for couples counselling: £65 per 60 minute sessions.

Group Therapy Sessions

Join our group therapy sessions to connect with others, gain insight, and receive guidance and support from a qualified therapist.
